1 General Terms & Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the as999 platform and its users ("player" or "you"). as999 is an online betting and casino service platform that provides sports betting, live casino, and various slot games for players in Bangladesh.

• Only one account per person is allowed. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be permanently closed.

• Keeping your account login details confidential is your own responsibility. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact as999 support immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

as999 may at any time request additional information or documents to confirm a player's identity. If the required information or documents are not provided, withdrawal or account privileges may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, a minimum of 15 times wagering must be completed before it can be withdrawn. This wagering will be calculated on the bonus amount only.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per player.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

as999 reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet for any reason. A bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a bet is accepted after the result of an event is already known (late betting).
• If bet manipulation or unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Live Betting

In live in-play betting, odds change in real time. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, you may be given the option to accept or decline the new odds. Due to network delays in live events, a bet may not be accepted.
